A medtech innovation created and developed in Lithuania
Pulsetto was founded in Lithuania by Povilas Sabaliauskas and Vitalijus Majorovas, brought together by a shared vision to improve wellbeing through innovation. Recognizing the potential of Lithuania’s dynamic tech and wellness ecosystem, they chose to build the company here, at home. Together with a team of scientists, they developed a comfortable, fast-acting vagus nerve stimulator – and the result is Pulsetto. What began as an ambitious idea has grown into a proudly Lithuanian-made product, reflecting the country’s world-class engineering, bold creativity, and growing reputation for building solutions that make a difference.
In a world of growing stress and pressure, Pulsetto is empowering individuals to improve their wellbeing. This wearable device is already bringing comfort to more than 100,000 users across Europe and North America, including the likes of NBA star Domantas Sabonis. It helps them get better sleep, reduce stress, and conditions like cluster headaches.

Lithuania offers the right conditions for a dynamic medtech startup
As a well-developed tech hub, Lithuania offers the physical and digital infrastructure needed to support Pulsetto’s R&D, manufacturing, and global operations. With fast internet and an innovation-driven culture, the country provides a strong foundation for scaling medtech solutions.
But it’s not just infrastructure that drives innovation – it’s the people behind it. Lithuania is home to a thriving new generation of top-tier engineers, IT specialists, designers, and creatives who are highly skilled and deeply committed to building meaningful global solutions. The fact that Pulsetto has been fully developed and manufactured in Lithuania reflects the tech talent the country has to offer.
Another essential part of the company’s journey has been Lithuania’s startup-friendly environment. Responsive institutions, supportive public programs, and a collaborative culture within the business community have all helped Pulsetto establish its operations and scale internationally. Highly-competent local partners and service providers who understand the pace and demands of a rapidly growing medtech startup have also played an important role.
Another success story from Lithuania’s tech hub
In 3 years, Pulsetto has gone from an initial product idea to being a full-stack wellness tech company with a global reach.
A successful Indiegogo launch in 2022 kickstarted the startup’s rapid expansion, securing its first 800 customers and proving that demand was there for its product. This was followed by two years of growing sales, along with development of its digital plans and content. In 2024, Pulsetto ran clinical research with Lithuania-based medical and wellness experts. By 2025, Pulsetto was in a strong phase of growth – achieving 3x year-on-year revenue growth for three consecutive years since 2022, and steadily advancing its product, technology, and business operations.
The Pulsetto FIT, a device featuring a new design, improved fit and added “pulsating relief” mode, launches in June. Pulsetto is also bringing out a line of supplements, launching an AI chatbot and has recently kicked off an ambassador program featuring high-performance athletes like Domantas Sabonis. Supported by a EUR 2 million investment by Scale Wolf, Pulsetto is accelerating its usage for military applications, supporting the armed forces in managing stress and maintaining performance.
What the future holds
Pulsetto continues to grow across Europe and North America, fuelled by high-profile endorsements and a growing reputation for improving well-being. The company’s clinical studies have validated the product’s impact and uncovered potential new healthcare applications for the device.
In other words, things are only getting started for this Lithuanian wellness tech success story.
