Swedens Favro is establishing a branch in Lithuania

August 19, 2021

Marketing, sales, customer service and account management operations of the fast-growing company Favro are transferred to Vilnius.

Edvinas Vosylius will lead the Lithuanian unit, as well as all start-up sales and customer service operations.

“We are moving from the stage of organic growth to more structural development, so we are starting to form teams responsible for individual functions. Lithuania was chosen for a new stage of development not by chance – the country impressed us with its talents and ambitious people, who, no doubt, will contribute to the success of our fast-growing start-up, ”says Patric Palm, co-founder and CEO of Favro.

According to P. Palm, – companies are forced to find ways to operate effectively  and to organize other remote ways of working in teams. This trend has been accelerated by pandemic even more.

“The mindset of companies is also changing – moving away from the hierarchical model, which is based on strict control of teams, delegation of tasks and inspection. More and more companies are moving to a more flexible model, empowering individual teams and giving them autonomy. Such teams independently plan their work and time. And while the needs of individual corporate teams to organize work can vary widely, it is important for each of them to look in one direction and pursue common objectives. This requires productive and efficient collaboration platform, and we offer that, ”says Palm.

“Throughout the summer, we intensively prepared for the move to Lithuania – we formed the leadership team, found a convenient place to settle down, took care of formalities so that the Favro Lietuva unit could officially start operating in September. We will continue to develop the unit and strive to attract the best digital marketing, sales and customer service specialists to the company, ”says Edvinas Vosylius, Sales and Customer Service Manager at Favro.
