A leading Finnish minerals and process technology company Metso will establish a next generation Metso Business Services center in Vilnius. The center is expected to open during the fourth quarter of 2019. Initially, the center will employ some tens of persons, but the number of personnel is expected to grow over the coming years.

Metso has chosen Vilnius as the location for its next-generation Metso Business Services center because of its strong service center culture supporting international companies. The center will be a key location for Metso, helping to develop the company’s processes with modern technology like robotic process automation and artificial intelligence.

The recruitment process for the Metso Business Services Center has already begun in Vilnius. Metso is looking to recruit a wide range of finance professionals.

The new multifunctional center will start with finance processes, later followed by logistics. The aim is to centralize the related services to gain the benefits of process harmonization, standardization and digitalization.
