Guidehouse to Double Lithuanian Team: Plans to Hire Additional 300 Employees in Next Three Years

December 20, 2023

Guidehouse, a leading global provider of consulting and managed services to public sector and commercial clients, is expanding its Vilnius team, with plans to hire an additional 300 employees in the next three years. The expansion will primarily focus on attracting anti-money laundering (AML) professionals, with an increasing focus on managed services consulting for financial institutions, crypto and fintech spaces.

Guidehouse, which collaborates with major corporate companies in the Fortune 500 and public enterprises, opened its Vilnius office in 2021, offering advanced solutions in financial crime consulting that drive measurable business impact.

According to Guidehouse’s Managed Services Partner, Eli Morillo, the Vilnius team continues to impress with its attention to detail, proactive attitude, and commitment to consistently overdeliver. These qualities made an immediate impact in helping the company grow, resulting in a strategic decision to double the team to 600 employees within three years.

Guidehouse is currently entering a new phase of its development. Recently, we have made some very important strategic decisions that will allow us to further expand our services and client base, and to perform our functions even better. We plan on entrusting the Vilnius office with a very important role in this process. The goal is to double its size in the next three years.

Guidehouse currently employs 17,000 people across the US, Germany, India, Lithuania, and other international locations. The company is committed to the principles of social responsibility in its expansion, including a focus on diversity in the workplace, as well as training those with limited proficiency in English language skills in order to assist with corporate integration.

According to Elijus Čivilis, General Manager at Invest Lithuania, the fact that a company like Guidehouse not only chose Lithuania initially, but is now developing ambitious expansion plans, is a testament to the talent and drive of local professionals.

To our labor market, Guidehouse has brought personal and professional growth opportunities, a multicultural environment, and other competitive advantages that are essential in today's world. We are very pleased that Lithuania has met the expectations of a company of this caliber. At the same time, we are not surprised and are confident that this is not the last expansion of Guidehouse in Lithuania.
