McKesson Lithuania opened its offices in Rinktines street 5, Vilnius in June 2019 and its numbers have been consistently growing ever since, despite the impact of the COVID-19 global pandemic.
MBS Managing director, Dalia Šiaučiulienė says: “We are celebrating our 200th employee milestone in less than two years since our opening. We believe this is the perfect opportunity to celebrate all our colleagues and the new team members that have joined our McKesson community. Together we are shaping future success, reflecting on our achievements and looking forward to new opportunities as we continue to expand. Our community in Vilnius has grown with 130 employees joining over 2020 and we are very excited that will continue growing over this next year.”

The company is focused currently on operating financial services in Lithuania for all McKesson businesses in Europe. “The whole team has been looking for new ways and technological solutions on how to successfully adopt our ordinary knowledge transfer methodologies to the virtual reality,” continues Dalia. “The Vilnius team has demonstrated great flexibility and quickly adapted to the new ways of employee hiring, onboardings and transition methodologies.”

Stephane Dinagnon, a Senior Accountant, is part of the Accounts Payable team who is originally from Republic of Benin but grew up in France. He joined the company because it was a great way to combine his language skills with his experience in finance and accounting.
