Revolut is a UK-based financial technology startup that allows you to set up an app-based current account in 60 seconds, spend abroad in over 130 currencies with no fees using a contactless MasterCard or Visa debit card, hold and exchange 25 currencies in-app and send free domestic and international money transfers with the real exchange rate. The Revolut app also enables users to purchase device and travel insurance as well as get exposure to crypto-currencies in the fastest and most convenient way.

Revolut opened its office in Vilnius in 2017. The new office is responsible for accelerating ambitious growth targets across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Having applied for a European banking licence from the Bank of Lithuania, Revolut is planning to further strengthen and expand the Baltics’ office in Vilnius. Lithuania is the company’s third-largest market, with over 75,000 users out of over 1 mln. globally as of January, 2018.
