Concentrix returns to Lithuania for multilingual customer operations

Concentrix Corporation, a Fortune 500® global technology and services company, has announced plans to expand its operations in Lithuania. Building on its existing base of remote workers in the country, the company is expected to create an additional 200 positions over the coming years, with the objective of establishing Lithuania as a strategic multilingual hub for Nordic, German, and Polish markets.

The expansion into Lithuania follows Concentrix’ 2023 combination with Webhelp, a multinational outsourcing and consultancy firm, including its Lithuanian operations. While Webhelp LT had previously downsized in Lithuania in 2020, the combination with Concentrix has opened a new chapter for operations in the country. 

The expansion plans to focus on customer operations, with the company seeking multilingual professionals fluent in Nordic languages, German, and other European languages. Concentrix will offer strong remote work opportunities alongside potential office-based positions in one of Lithuania’s major cities.
