Key Account Executive Business Development Department

​We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and customer-centric Key Account Executive to join our Technology Sector Team in the Business Development Department.

Your main goal in this position will be to foster relationships with the largest fintech and software companies that are already present in Lithuania. It is an exciting high-impact role where your achievements will be tangible and will be measured by growth of the international companies that are already located in Lithuania.

We invite you to:

  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with top executives within the portfolio of our key clients
  • Show active interest in global technology business trends and analyse business environment to identify opportunities for our investors
  • Analyse key clients’ business cases and create tailor-made aftercare strategies
  • Provide consultative leadership, advice on strategic direction and operational support for our clients to succeed
  • Develop your local business network as well as international network of founders and executives in high-growth Fintech companies, industry’s opinion leaders, VCs, sector associations and service providers
  • Actively contribute to the team’s aftercare activities, develop team’s aftercare strategy and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to implement them
  • Drive towards a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring a client-focused, target-driven approach

We expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field – technology, marketing, business administration, economics or political affairs. Internationally ranked university would be an advantage
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a related sector with a focus on sales, management consulting or product/business development, ideally in an international and B2B context. Experience in key account management would be a strong advantage
  • Understanding of the Lithuanian business environment and key aspects of doing business, interest in global technology industry trends and innovations. Knowledge of Fintech / Technology sector locally and internationally would be an advantage
  • Passion to work with innovative international companies and ability to build relationships as a trusted advisor with C-level executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian
  • Strong inter-personal and inter-cultural communication skills
  • Advanced project management, analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to provide solutions based on client’s needs
  • Creativity, ambition to excel, willingness to learn and work towards greater benefit of the country

  • Salary range from 2050 – 3350 EUR gross per month
