We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Team Lead to join our team and drive strategic project implementation, and sales initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and support our dedicated sales force. 

Job Description: 

As the Sales Operations Team Lead at Invest Lithuania, you will be an integral part of the Investment Development Department, working collaboratively with sales teams across different industries and regions. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic projects, optimizing our sales processes, ensuring seamless sales operations, and maximizing revenue generation. To excel in this position, a unique blend of strategic acumen, analytical prowess, and hands-on operational expertise is essential.  

What will you be doing? 

  • Lead the implementation of strategic projects and sales innovations, ensuring optimal sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, system enhancements, and best practice sharing.  
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify bottlenecks in sales processes and implement solutions for smoother operations. Streamline workflows, develop efficient procedures, and leverage technology to enhance sales productivity. 
  • Develop and implement Invest Lithuania’s representation abroad, including events strategy, state visits and delegations, overseeing budgets, and driving optimal performance from the sales teams. 
  • Utilize data analytics to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and generate insightful reports. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and implement strategies that enhance sales performance. 
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between sales operations, sales teams, and other departments. Act as a liaison to ensure seamless information flow, leading to improved customer interactions and operational efficiency. 
  • Drive team growth by conducting performance and compensation reviews, offering valuable feedback and coaching to enhance individual performance, and overseeing the seamless onboarding of new employees, including defining trial periods and establishing performance goals and objectives. 
  • Handle core relationships with Government Institutions and other stakeholders to ensure collaboration and support for Invest Lithuania’s objectives. 

What do we expect from you? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. 
  • Proven experience in project management and consulting, strategic project implementation, and/or sales operations. 
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. 
  • Proficiency in CRM or Project management systems, sales automation tools, and data analysis. 
  • Creativity and the drive to improve, learn, and achieve big results– in other words, a desire to challenge and change the status quo.   
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and people management abilities. 
  • PMP certificate would be an advantage. 
  • Experience in team management would be an advantage.

  • Gross salary from 4050 Eur/month, depending on your experience.
