Advisor | Technology Team

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Investment Advisor to join our Technology Sector Team in the Business Development Department. Your main goal in this position will be to build relationships with and consult international Software engineering companies in the process of them choosing a location for the expansion and going through the setup process in Lithuania. The role will involve generation of new foreign direct investment projects (sales activities) as well as engagement with companies that are already in Lithuania (aftercare activities). It is an exciting high-impact role where your achievements will be tangible and will have a significant effect to developing Lithuania’s economy.

• Plan, lead and deliver activities to support international Software companies in the process of setting up and expanding their operations in Lithuania.
• Show active interest in global technology business trends and analyse business environment to identify opportunities for our investors.
• Actively contribute to the team’s initiatives, bring new ideas to the table and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to implement them.

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with top executives within the portfolio of aftercare companies, provide consultations and operational support for clients to succeed.
• Be ready to tackle challenges, seek innovative solutions, experiment and adapt all while keeping client focus as priority.

We expect you to have:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics, marketing, business administration, political science or similar area.
• At least 3-4 years’ experience in sales, management consulting or business development, ideally in an international and B2B context.
• Understanding of the Lithuanian business environment and key aspects of doing business, interest in global technology industry trends and innovations. Knowledge of Software and/or Game Development sectors locally and internationally would be an advantage.
• Strong research and analytical skills, IT literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian, Russian language skills would be a strong advantage.
• Exceptional inter-personal and inter-cultural communication and presentation skills.
• Creativity, ambition to excel, willingness to learn and work towards greater benefit of the country.

• One-year fixed-term contract with possibility to extend or move to a different role within Invest Lithuania.
• Monthly salary ranging from €1800 to €2400 (gross) per month based on your experience.
