Social Media and Content Manager Work in Lithuania

We are currently looking for an ambitious and professional Social Media and Content Manager to join our team.

We invite you to:

• Manage day-to-day handling of social media accounts: Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
• Oversee social media campaigns and ensure they contribute to the overall marketing KPIs
• Create a social media content calendar based on the strategy and oversee the creation and implementation processes.
• Monitor the news to source relevant content and identify potential new topics
• Create and produce social media, marketing, and PR content, including blog posts, articles, customer success stories, and industry reports
• Suggest and implement new ideas or improve existing content
• Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members, collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters
• Assist team or work individually on various communication projects

We expect you to have:

• Previous experience as a copywriter, content marketing, social media manager, or communications/public relations specialist
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and copywriting/editing skills
• Ability to write in a professional yet conversational tone
• Familiar with social media monitoring/publishing/reporting tools such as Hootsuite, Socialbakers, etc.
• Understanding the basics of social media advertising
• Excellent project management and analytical skills
• Graphic design knowledge is a plus
