Business Advisor | Global Talent Work in Lithuania

Work in Lithuania is a talent attraction programme initiated by Invest Lithuania that aims to connect highly skilled employees living abroad with potential international employers based in Lithuania.

We are currently looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and self-driven Business Advisor. Do you feel passionate about making Lithuania increasingly cosmopolitan? Are you ready to help Lithuanian companies to attract better qualified foreign specialists (especially in the IT sector)? If so, this job opening might be just the one for you.

We invite you to:

• Develop, implement, and monitor a multi-year strategy of helping employers in Lithuania hire highly qualified specialists from abroad
• Build and maintain relationships with companies to understand their needs and provide them with advice regarding the benefits of having a global team
• Advise and support HR managers in matters related to international recruitment, as well as relocation and integration policies to help them succeed in the hiring of foreign specialists
• Keep up to date with the information on foreign talent markets and share insights with employers on the best markets and ways of tapping into them
• Pro-actively own the topic of international recruitment by representing Work in Lithuania in different seminars, events, and workshops
• Monitor and analyze the hiring preferences of Lithuanian companies and identify the skills and personal qualities typically required of international candidates to facilitate the team’s activities and talent attraction campaigns
• Monitor global talent attraction trends to find innovative ways of attracting foreign talent

We expect you to have:

• A higher education degree (preferably in business administration, human resource management, Economics, organizational psychology, etc.)
• Interest in human resource management. Knowledge of International recruitment and state migration policies would be considered an advantage
• Strong presentation and communication skills in both Lithuanian and English
• Advanced project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, including an ability to provide solutions based on clients’ needs
• Good strategic thinking abilities
