Talent Acquisition Specialist

What will you be doing?

• Serve as the recruitment expert, advising hiring managers on market trends and strategies.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage hiring-related documentation.
• Innovate in talent sourcing and attraction tactics.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Support daily hiring operations and maintain Applications Tracking System (Workable).
• Lead and contribute to impactful People team initiatives, such as driving mentorship programs or developing effective talent attraction and retention strategies.

What do we expect from you?

• Higher education (preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, etc.)
• Previous experience (at least 2-3 years) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar HR role.
• Expertise in talent sourcing and attraction strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Creativity and drive to improve, learn, and achieve big results—in other words, a desire to challenge and change the status quo.

• Gross salary from 2000 to 3500 Eur/month, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
