We hope that you are ready to:
- Represent Invest Lithuania in negotiations with foreign investors and coordinate investment agreements with them.
- Provide strategic legal advice regarding the investment and business environment in Lithuania to both potential foreign investors and those expanding their operations in Lithuania.
- Handle or lead legal analysis, including involvement in the delivery of proposals/draft regulations or legal opinions to improve business environment.
- Advise our internal team and form in-house legal practice on legal matters relating to client needs.
- Represent Invest Lithuania at central and local government institutions and in relationships with other companies or agencies.
We expect you to have:
- Completed your university studies in the field of law.
- 3-5 years of experience as a lawyer.
- Fluent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian legal acts and an ability to apply them in practice.
- A high degree of autonomy in executing tasks.
- Experience in consultancy.
- An ability to solve complex problems, systematize data, draw conclusions and then present them.
