Quality Assurance Manager

At Invest Lithuania, we are an ambitious team making Lithuania a draw for global business. Here, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that Lithuania’s investment incentive (subsidy) program for attracting foreign investors meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Working with us, you’ll contribute to real change.

We hope that you are ready to:

• Develop and realize quality control policies and procedures for investment incentive projects.
• Implement regulatory compliance checks of foreign companies that apply for investment incentives.
• Assess quality and risks in administration of investment incentive agreements and payment audits.
• Examine complicated issues and effectively communicate situations, along with potential recommendations.
• Work closely with our investment incentive team and relevant stakeholders in process improvement activities.
• Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and initiative in executing these tasks.

We expect you to have:

• Completed your university studies in the field of law, accounting, audit, finance or management.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance and/or risk management.
• Preferred work experience in/with financial institutions or global service centers.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
• Fluent Lithuanian and a higher level of proficiency in the English language.
