Investment Advisor for Lithuanian Businesses Manufacturing Industry

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and customer-centric individual to join our Manufacturing Sector Team in the Business Development Department. Your main goal in this position will be to assist our Key Account Manager and foster relationships with the largest foreign manufacturing companies that are already present in Lithuania. It is an exciting high-impact role where you can make a tangible impact to the manufacturing ecosystem.

• Analyse clients’ business cases and create tailor-made solutions.
• Show active interest in global manufacturing business trends and analyse business environment to identify opportunities for our investors.
• Drive towards a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring a client-focused, target-driven approach.

We expect you to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field – economics, business administration, or political affairs. Internationally ranked university would be an advantage.
• At least 2 years’ experience with a focus on management consulting or product/business development, ideally in an international and B2B context. Experience in account management and/or sales would be a strong advantage.
• Understanding of the Lithuanian business environment and key aspects of doing business. Interest in manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
• Passion to work with international companies and ability to build relationships as a trusted advisor to C-level executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/full professional proficiency level) and Lithuanian.
• Advanced project management, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to provide solutions based on clients’ needs
• Creativity, ambition to excel, willingness to learn and work towards greater benefit of the country.
