International HR Expert Work in Lithuania

Work in Lithuania is a talent attraction programme initiated by Invest Lithuania with the purpose of connecting highly skilled employees living abroad with potential international employers in Lithuania.   We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated, and self-driven International HR Expert. Do you feel passionate about Lithuanian companies becoming increasingly more international? Are you ready to help them hire more highly qualified foreign specialists (especially in the IT sector)? Then, this opening might be right for you.  

We invite you to:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor a multi-year strategy of helping employers in Lithuania hire highly qualified specialists from abroad (especially in the field of IT).  
  • Assist companies with finding the right tools to recruit highly qualified foreign specialists. 
  • Develop and implement ways of consulting and advising Lithuanian companies on international recruitment, as well as state migration and integration policies. 
  • Actively own the topic of international recruitment by representing Work in Lithuania in various seminars, events, and workgroups;  
  • Analyze foreign talent markets and share insights with Lithuanian employers on the best markets to tap into. 
  • Monitor and analyze the hiring preferences of Lithuanian companies and identify the most desired skills and qualities of international candidates in order to develop effective marketing and talent attraction campaigns. 
  • Monitor global talent attraction trends to find innovative ways to attract foreign talents. 

 We expect you to have:

  • Higher education (preferably in business administration, human resources management, organizational psychology, sociology, etc.);  
  • 3-5 years of human resources-related experience and a proven track record in delivering results. Experience with international recruitment would be considered an advantage;   
  • Expertise in talent sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, job ads portals, ATS and etc.) and strategies;    
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills both in Lithuanian and English;  
  • Excellent level of computer literacy – Excel, Word, PowerPoint;  
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills;  
  • Good strategic thinking abilities.
