CRM Business Analyst | Project manager

What will you be doing?

• Analyze and design sales processes, recommend and implement improvements.
• Administrate CRM system (Salesforce.com) and work closely with the business development team by onboarding new users, providing continuous support and guidance to users, ensuring optimal platform utilization.
• Develop, produce and distribute standardized quarterly, monthly, weekly and ad hoc Sales reporting and analysis.
• Develop/track KPIs and performance metrics, execute modeling/forecasting as required to enable strategic decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing and other departments to streamline business operations.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, present, and facilitate workshops, collaborative best practice sharing sessions.
• Manage organizational processes and strategic projects to ensure smooth implementation.

What do we expect from you?

• Higher education in economics, mathematics, business management or a similar field.
• 2+ years of industry experience in sales operations, analytics teams, project or process management.
• Enthusiasm for helping and eagerness for improving processes and drive for change (problem solving skills, teamwork, proactiveness).
• Ability to turn findings into reports and present ideas clearly and persuasively, both orally and in writing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
• Prior experience with any CRM software would be an advantage.
• Willingness to learn best Salesforce.com practices.
