WIL Social Media and Content Manager

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to join our team. 

In this role, you will be responsible not only for execution but also for planning, prioritisation, and delivering measurable results across our social media and content channels. You will play a key role in shaping how Work in Lithuania communicates with international audiences. 

What will you be doing?

• Own and implement social media and content strategies aligned with business goals. 
• Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and others. 
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content designed to maximize reach, engagement, and brand impact. 
• Take full ownership of content planning and delivery from idea to execution. 
• Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media and content initiatives, ensuring alignment with key KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed. 
• Stay current with industry news, platform updates, and emerging trends to generate fresh, relevant content ideas. 
• Plan and manage the production of written content such as blog posts, articles, and talent success stories. 
• Propose innovative content ideas and continuously optimise existing content based on relevance, performance data, and real-time developments. 

What do we expect from you?

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube, etc.). 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Lithuanian and English. 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data from social media and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.). 
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva; experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is considered a plus. 
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write engaging content. 
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and optimise budgets for social media activities, including spend on partners, tools, and content production. 
• Excellent project management and analytical skills. 
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas and adapt to new trends. 
• Experience in creating long-form content (e.g., blog posts or articles) is a plus.

• Gross salary from 2400 – 3000 EUR/month, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience level
