Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will focus on three key areas: advanced business analytics, process optimisation (including CRM ownership), and leading strategic cross organizational projects.

What will you be doing?

• Generate and own complex data insights that help make strategic decisions.
• Build clear dashboards, reports and presentations for decision-makers or internal teams.
• Take ownership of cross-functional data-driven projects such as Lithuanian investment ecosystem mapping or client satisfaction (NPS) research.
• Improve and optimize operational processes — from KPI tracking to sales workflows.
• Manage and continuously improve our sales tools ecosystem, including Salesforce and our modern sales intelligence stack.
• Identify and implement process simplification and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to share insights and best practices internally through workshops, mini-trainings, or best practice sharing sessions.
• Handle ad-hoc analytical requests with clear, actionable recommendations.

What do we expect from you?

• Strong Excel skills; experience with dashboards and data visualization.
• Excellent communication in English and Lithuanian; ability to explain insights simply.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and turn data into business impact.
• Ability to challenge requests, ask the right questions, and propose solutions instead of simply executing tasks.
• Experience with Salesforce (reports, data structure, admin basics).
• Experience with official statistics (Eurostat or similar) is a big advantage.
• Self-driven, structured and curious, willing to mentor junior colleagues.

• Gross salary from 2450 to 3600 Eur/month, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
