As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will focus on three key areas: CRM management, business analytics and sales process optimization.
What will you be doing?
- Analyze sales performance data, pipeline metrics, and market trends to generate regular (weekly/monthly) reports and dashboards for leadership and sales teams.
- Manage, administer, and continuously improve our sales tools ecosystem, including Salesforce and our modern sales intelligence stack.
- Provide training, guidance, and first-line support to users, ensuring teams understand how to use tools effectively and confidently.
- Help monitor key operational processes, such as project tracking and KPI follow-up, making sure information is accurate and up to date.
- Participate in improving internal processes, helping identify small inefficiencies, and suggesting practical improvements.
- Collaborate with other teams to share insights, prepare materials, and support internal trainings or best-practice sessions.
- Participate in cross-functional data-driven projects such as Lithuanian investment ecosystem mapping or client satisfaction (NPS) research.
- Provide proactive support and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher education (preferably in economics, mathematics, business management or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations or an analytical role where you worked with data, processes, and tools.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with experience in data analysis. Previous experience with any CRM software would be a great advantage.
- Expertise in crafting compelling presentations and data visualizations, effectively communicating insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
- Willingness to learn best Salesforce.com practices.
- A self-driven, structured mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to challenge and change the status quo.

- Gross salary from 2000 to 2800 Eur/month, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
