We are seeking two individuals for the role: one position will involve a permanent contract, while the other will be a 1-year fixed-term contract.

What will you be doing? 

• Be on the front line attracting large international companies to Lithuania.
• Nurture created sales opportunities to a stage where project parameters are clear.
• Continue developing Lithuania’s value proposition and sales strategy, fit for sharing with the world’s leading businesses.
• Help build a strong network of international C-level executives of well-known global companies and renowned business consultants.
• Plan and implement marketing activities that present Lithuania in a positive light.
• Take part in international GBS & ICT industry events, proactively attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) to Lithuania.
• Keep a close eye on global trends in FDI and the GBS & ICT industry.
• Improve and innovate with a goal-oriented approach.

What do we expect from you? 

• Your unique experience – at least 2 years in the field of sales, management consulting, or business development, preferably in the international B2B environment.
• Understanding of Lithuania’s business environment, key GBS & ICT industry players, and success stories.
• Strong analytical skills and IT literacy. Experience building quality PowerPoint decks and basic Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and Lithuanian.
• Creativity and the drive to improve, learn, and achieve big results – in other words, a desire to challenge and change the status quo.

• Gross salary from 2000 to 2600 Eur/month, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
