Recruiter

We are currently looking for a progressive and self-driven Recruiter to join our HR team (terminated contract).

We invite you to:

• Give consulting support to the Hiring Managers regarding the job market, including market mapping
• Think out of the box when actively searching and attracting candidates
• Screen CVs and conduct interviews, assessing candidate’ competencies and personal qualities
• Coordinate job offer approvals and extend offers
• Build Talent Pool and maintain Application Tracking System (Workable)

We expect you to:

• Higher education (preferably in business administration, human resources management, organizational psychology, sociology, etc.)
• Experience in working on a full recruitment cycle
• Expertise in talent sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job ads portals, ATS and etc.) and strategies
• Strong oral and written communication skills both in Lithuanian and English
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
