Marketing Lead | Work in Lithuania

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Marketing Lead to join the Work in Lithuania team on a fixed-term contract (maternity cover).

Work in Lithuania is a global talent attraction program developed by Invest Lithuania, aimed at encouraging highly skilled professionals from around the world to build their careers in Lithuania. We act as a link between people looking to land their dream job and companies in Lithuania keen to hire specialists from abroad.

You will be joining an ambitious marketing team responsible for the Work in Lithuania brand, the country’s image, as well as long-term and short-term campaigns with a global reach. The Role: 

• Be a key person in leading the marketing function of the Work in Lithuania program. 
• Set overall marketing strategy and KPIs across different channels and segments, and manage budgets aligned with strategic goals. 
• Establish positioning and messaging, build and strengthen the brand, identify target audiences, develop value propositions, and ensure the competitiveness of the country and program. 
• Oversee the execution of the strategy, managing both budget and timing. 
• Lead the execution of marketing activities from start to finish, ranging from long-term image-building to short-term tactical efforts, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. 
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics across multiple platforms, and extract insights to develop new ways to gain the attention of our target audience. 
• Collaborate with writers, graphic designers, and other creatives to produce content for Work in Lithuania. 
• Manage internal team members and external marketing resources to ensure quality and timely delivery. 

What do we expect from you? 

• A university degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication, or Business Management. 
• 3-5 years of your unique experience in marketing, advertising or brand strategy. Experience managing a small team is considered an advantage. 
• A proven track record of managing integrated marketing or digital campaigns, involving international markets. 
• A strong understanding of marketing trends, digital marketing, digital tools and integration strategies. 
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills. 
• Creativity, curiosity and a proactive mindset to think out of the box and take initiative. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

• Gross salary from 3600 to 4000 EUR/month, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
