Investment Advisor | Life Sciences Team

Currently, we are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and experienced Investment Advisor to join our Life Sciences Team in Business Development Department. Your main goal in this position will be to consult and attract foreign Bioeconomy and Biotechnology companies to Lithuania. Your efforts will contribute to Lithuania’s overall economic growth and the Life Sciences sector development in the country.  

Temporary position – 1-year fixed-term contract.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and implement sales strategies, craft Lithuania’s value proposition and present it to leading global bioeconomy companies. 
• Provide expert support in attracting large international companies to Lithuania. 
• Build and maintain strong investor relationships by providing consultation and end-to-end support throughout the entire investment journey (from the first proactive outreach to final deal negotiations). 
• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities that strengthen Lithuania’s international positioning. 
• Represent Lithuania globally by actively participating in key industry events and showcasing the country’s Life Sciences ecosystem. 
• Contribute to the growth of Lithuania’s Life Sciences ecosystem through close collaboration with partners and by initiating activities that enhance sector competitiveness. 

What do we expect from you?

• University degree in Life Sciences, Business administration, Economics, or related field. 
• At least 2 years of experience in the Life Sciences sector or related fields (such as sales or consulting). 
• Ability to analyze the target markets of Bioeconomy, understand and communicate key aspects of the existing value proposition, proactively generate investment opportunities, contribute to product-related initiatives, and demonstrate sales pitch skills including active listening, identifying client needs, and effectively addressing core customer questions. 
• Passion for working with cutting-edge international companies and a strong interest in global Life Sciences trends and emerging technologies. 
• Strong analytical and IT literacy skills. 
• Strong project and risk management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex initiatives and ensure smooth, timely delivery. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and Lithuanian. 
• Strong interpersonal, intercultural communication, and presentation skills.

• Gross salary from 2400 to 3000 Eur/month, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience.
