Global PR Project Manager

We are looking for a Global PR Project Manager to join our vibrant communications team, aiming to enhance Lithuania’s reputation as a leading destination for business, technology, and innovations. We invite you to:

• Lead and implement various PR strategies across priority markets, ensuring alignment with Invest Lithuania objectives.
• Strengthen Lithuania’s image in top-tier international media through creative storytelling and proactive media engagement. 
• Identify, shape, and elevate compelling narratives from key sectors such as defence techology, life sciences, fintech, and other high-growth industries.
• Track relevant narratives and news cycles globally, to proactively position Lithuania in relevant international conversations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leading international journalists and editors across from outlets as global as the Financial Times, BBC, and Business Insider, and as hyper-local or niche as Catalan News.  
• Set up one-of-a-kind agendas for international journalists and influencers, increasing Lithuania’s share of voice in international media. 
• Collaborate closely with marketing and social teams to ensure PR efforts strengthen overall country’s positioning.  

We expect you to have:

• Higher education in communications, journalism, business, media or similar fields.   
• 3+ years of experience in PR or related fields, with a focus on international communication. 
• Proven ability to identify and craft compelling stories, pitch them effectively to the media, and apply strong editorial judgment to translate complex topics into compelling, media-ready narratives. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (C1+) and Lithuanian.  
• Creative and driven mindset for discovering and utilizing novel formats and channels to ensure our stories resonate widely.  
• Nice to have: experience utilizing PR tools for tracking outreach and daily newsfeed.

• Gross salary from 2600 to 3200 EUR/month, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
