„Work in Lithuania“ Social Media and Content Manager  

Work in Lithuania is an initiative dedicated to encourage highly skilled professionals living abroad to build their careers in Lithuania. We act as a link between international talents looking to land their dream job and companies in Lithuania keen to hire talents from abroad.   

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and executing our social media and content strategy across various platforms to drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth. 

What will you be doing? 

• Implement social media and content strategies aligned with business goals. 
• Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and others. 
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content designed to maximize reach, engagement, and brand impact. 
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and content initiatives, ensuring alignment with key KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed. 
• Stay current with industry news, platform updates, and emerging trends to generate fresh, relevant content ideas. 
• Plan and manage the production of written content such as blog posts, articles, and talent success stories. 
• Propose innovative content concepts and continuously optimize existing content based on relevance, performance data, and real-time developments. 

What do we expect from you? 

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Lithuanian and English.  
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data from social media and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).  
• Familiarity with social media publishing tools, such as Hootsuite, Socialbakers, or similar platforms. 
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva; experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is considered a plus. 
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write engaging content. 
• Excellent project management and analytical skills. 
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas and adapt to new trends. 
• Experience in creating long-form content (e.g., blog posts or articles) is a plus.

• Gross salary from 2200 – 2700 EUR EUR/month, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience level
