„Work in Lithuania” Market Research Analyst

Work in Lithuania is a talent attraction programme initiated by Invest Lithuania that aims to connect highly skilled employees living abroad with potential international employers based in Lithuania.

We are currently looking for an ambitious and professional Market Research Analyst, who understands the importance of attracting highly qualified foreign talent and believes in research-based decision making.

What will you be doing?

• Work closely with the multifunctional Work in Lithuania team to collectively position Lithuania as a desirable location for career development.
• Offer research-based advice on target markets and potential audiences, translating it into actionable outputs, comprehensive reports, and engaging presentations.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to facilitate data-driven decisions regarding labour market flows.
• Stay informed about local news, events, and political issues that could potentially impact our target countries.
• Actively monitor and share the practices of competing institutions within the team.
• Assist the team with internal and external ad hoc tasks.

What do we expect from you?

• Higher education in economics, mathematics, business management, political science, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of analytical work experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with user and market research.
• A good grasp on data collection methods (interview, group discussion, survey, etc.).
• Ability to turn findings into reports and present ideas clearly and persuasively, both orally and in writing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
• Critical thinking and ability to take initiative.
