Currently, we are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven professional with outstanding commercial experience in the technology, life sciences, or professional services industry to join our Life Sciences Team. Accountable for the Biotech foreign direct investment strategy and performance, you will set the direction, manage the day-to-day operations, and oversee all key commercial activities with a junior colleague. Your efforts will contribute to Lithuania’s overall economic growth and the Life Sciences sector development in the country.

We invite you to:

• Take responsibility for the Biotechnology stream, shape strategic sales direction, and attract foreign direct investment to Lithuania.
• Build relationships, consult, and provide full support to companies interested in investment opportunities in Lithuania (from a first proactive approach to final deal negotiations).
• Actively participate and present Lithuania’s Life Sciences ecosystem at the major international conferences.
• Contribute to Lithuania’s Life Sciences ecosystem development.

We expect you to have:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field (Business administration, Economics, Life Sciences, or related fields).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the professional services, sales, or Life Sciences related sector.
• Passion to work with the most innovative international pharma companies, and eagerness to understand global Life Sciences trends and emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Lithuanian).
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong bias to action and problem-solving.

• Salary from 2450 to 3450 Eur/month.
