Sales Development Manager | Manufacturing

The Manufacturing team partners with some of the world’s largest organizations seeking locations for expansion, as well as opportunities to set up new investments in Lithuania. We proudly work with global leaders such as Rheinmetall, PON Bike, Kitron, and many other internationally recognized companies. 

 

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will act as the primary Sales Development function, responsible for generating and qualifying investment leads: 

  • Be on the front line of lead generation, proactively identifying international companies with potential interest in expanding or establishing operations in Lithuania. 
  • Research and identify target companies based on growth indicators, expansion signals, industry trends, and business readiness. 
  • Use a variety of sales and prospecting tools and channels (e.g. Clay, Outreach, LinkedIn, databases, marketing automation tools, industry platforms) to build high-quality lead pipelines. 
  • Identify and map key decision-makers and influencers (C-level and senior executives) within target organizations. 
  • Craft highly relevant, personalized outreach messages that communicate Lithuania’s value proposition and spark interest among company representatives. 
  • Contribute insights to the ongoing development of Lithuania’s value proposition, based on market feedback and prospect interactions. 
  • Keep a close eye on global FDI trends, Manufacturing industry developments, and international expansion patterns. 

 

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales development, B2B sales, business development, consulting, or a similar role, preferably in an international environment. 
  • Proven ability to generate leads from scratch, conduct account-based research, and engage senior stakeholders. 
  • Hands-on experience using sales development and outreach tools (e.g. CRM systems, automation tools, prospecting platforms). 
  • Strong analytical skills and high IT literacy; ability to work comfortably with data, basic Excel analysis, and PowerPoint presentations. 
  • Understanding of Lithuania’s manufacturing ecosystem.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and Lithuanian. 
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a strong drive to learn, improve processes, and achieve measurable results.

  • Gross salary from 2200 to 3000 EUR/month, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
