Currently, we are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and professional Intern to join our Invest Lithuania People team!

We invite you to: 

• Participate in employee experience projects such as organizing internal events and activities.
• Contribute to our employer branding activities like social media content creation, helping to position Invest Lithuania as a top employer.
• Prepare drafts of various presentations, summaries, and consultations related to HR initiatives.
• Participate in recruitment processes, assist with candidate sourcing and interviewing.
• Analyze industry trends relevant to HR and recruitment.
• Provide day-to-day support in a range of HR tasks.

We expect you to have: 

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices and/or employer branding.
• Experience with organizing events and team activities would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in preparing clear and effective presentations, summaries, and consultations.
•  Capability to analyze data and trends, particularly related to employer branding and recruitment strategies.
• Enthusiastic, team-focused and proactive approach.
• Computer literacy.
