Digital Marketing Manager

The goal of the Marketing and Communication Department is to spread the word about Lithuania’s investment environment and success stories among the international business community and the media. We’ve mastered a wide range of traditional and digital media tools, and we’re not afraid to experiment with our approaches to different audiences. Data and creativity are our two main drivers.

To further strengthen our impact, we’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our performance marketing efforts to the next level.

What will you be doing?

• Independently plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and MQLs.
• Manage paid advertising efforts, including Google Ads, LinkedIn sponsorships, PPC, and remarketing activities.
• Coordinate website performance and SEO hygiene to maximize visibility and lead generation.
• Identify, test, and scale new digital channels aligned with lead generation and brand visibility goals.
• Oversee and report on marketing performance, providing monthly insights.
• Manage relationships with internal and external service providers.

What do we expect from you? 

• Higher education (preferably in marketing, communication, business, or a related field).
• 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a focus on performance marketing and lead generation.
• Proven expertise in managing key digital marketing platforms (such as Google Ads (Search, Display), LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and GA4).
• Strong time management, project coordination, and analytical skills.
• Experience planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns within a defined budget.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
