Lithuania’s Global Business Services and ICT sector has been on a clear upward trajectory for nearly two decades. What began as a destination for efficient, transactional operations has steadily evolved from volume to value – with centres now integrating AI into operations, investing in new capabilities, and strengthening productivity.
Today, Lithuania is increasingly associated with centres of excellence – trusted with broader ownership, process leadership, and specialised capabilities across technology, finance, data, and transformation. With 105 GBS centres employing around 26,000 specialists and generating approximately 2% of Lithuania’s GDP last year, the sector continues to demonstrate its growing strategic value.
