We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced <\/span>Sales Operations Team Lead<\/span><\/b> to join our team and drive strategic project implementation, and sales initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and support our dedicated sales force.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As the <\/span>Sales Operations Team Lead<\/span><\/b> at Invest Lithuania, you will be an integral part of the Investment Development Department, working collaboratively with sales teams across different industries and regions. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic projects, optimizing our sales processes, ensuring seamless sales operations, and maximizing revenue generation. To excel in this position, a unique blend of strategic acumen, analytical prowess, and hands-on operational expertise is essential.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What will you be doing?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Lead the implementation of strategic projects and sales innovations, ensuring optimal sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, system enhancements, and best practice sharing.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify bottlenecks in sales processes and implement solutions for smoother operations. Streamline workflows, develop efficient procedures, and leverage technology to enhance sales productivity.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Develop and implement Invest Lithuania’s representation abroad, including events strategy, state visits and delegations, overseeing budgets, and driving optimal performance from the sales teams.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Utilize data analytics to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and generate insightful reports. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and implement strategies that enhance sales performance.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between sales operations, sales teams, and other departments. Act as a liaison to ensure seamless information flow, leading to improved customer interactions and operational efficiency.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Drive team growth by conducting performance and compensation reviews, offering valuable feedback and coaching to enhance individual performance, and overseeing the seamless onboarding of new employees, including defining trial periods and establishing performance goals and objectives.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Handle core relationships with Government Institutions and other stakeholders to ensure collaboration and support for Invest Lithuania’s objectives.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What do we expect from you?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, Economics, or a related field.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proven experience in project management and consulting, strategic project implementation, and\/or sales operations.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, engage and inspire team members.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Solid track record in team management – previous experience leading teams is essential.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in CRM or Project management systems, sales automation tools, and data analysis (<\/span>Experience with Salesforce is an advantage).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in\u200b \u200bEnglish (C1) and Lithuanian.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Creativity and the drive to improve, learn, and achieve big results\u2013 in other words, a desire to challenge and change the status quo.\u202f\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a clear vision for long-term goals.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • PMP certificate would be an advantage.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
