Your main goal in this position will be to\u202ffoster relationships with the largest fintech and software companies that are already present in Lithuania. It is an exciting high-impact role where your achievements\u202fwill\u202fbe tangible\u202fand will be measured by growth of the international companies that are already located in Lithuania.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What will you be doing?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with top executives within the portfolio of our key already established clients in Lithuania.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Show active interest in global technology business trends and analyze business environment to identify opportunities for our investors.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Analyze key clients\u2019 business cases and create tailor-made aftercare strategies.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide consultative leadership, advice on strategic direction, and operational support for our clients to succeed.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Develop your local business network as well as\u202finternational\u202fnetwork of\u202ffounders and executives in high-growth companies, industry opinion leaders, VCs, sector associations and service providers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Actively contribute to the team\u2019s aftercare activities,\u202fdevelop team\u2019s aftercare strategy and work collaboratively\u202fwith internal and external\u202fstakeholders\u202fto implement them.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Drive towards a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring a client-focused, target-driven approach.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    What do we expect from you?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field – technology, marketing, business administration, economics or political affairs. A degree from an internationally ranked university is a plus.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • At least 5 years of experience in a related sector, focusing on sales, management consulting, or product\/business development, preferably in an international B2B context. Experience in key account management is a strong advantage.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Understanding of the Lithuanian business environment and key aspects of doing business, with an interest in global technology industry trends and innovations. Knowledge of the technology sector, both locally and internationally.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Passion to work with innovative international companies and ability to build relationships as a trusted advisor with C-level executives.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills\u202fin English and Lithuanian.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong interpersonal\u202fand intercultural communication skills.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Advanced project management, analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to provide solutions based on client\u2019s needs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Creativity, ambition to excel, willingness to learn, and a commitment to working for the greater benefit of the country.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

       <\/p>\n
