Working with us, you\u2019ll contribute to real change.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a highly motivated <strong>Program \u201cCreate Lithuania\u201d Coordinator<\/strong> to join our team and drive changes in the public sector, support \u201cCreate Lithuania\u201d program participants and their project implementation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As the Program \u201cCreate Lithuania\u201d Coordinator at Invest Lithuania, you will be pivotal in supporting \u201cCreate Lithuania\u201d participant in developing and executing projects, ensuring their professional growth, managing different stakeholders. To excel in this position, a unique blend of people management and project management experience as well as knowledge of the public sector stakeholders and processes, is essential.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you be doing?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the team of 20 program participants, their project development and implementation as well as ensure the quality, timely execution, and projects\u2019 alignment with the Invest Lithuania strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with other Invest Lithuania teams to identify possibilities for different project topics.<\/li>\n<li>Handle core relationships with Government Institutions and other stakeholders to ensure various project topics proposals, collaboration and support for Invest Lithuania&#8217;s objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Apply knowledge of process management and optimization for internal processes improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Foster effective communication and collaboration between different projects teams and other Invest Lithuania departments.<\/li>\n<li>Drive team growth by conducting performance reviews, offering valuable feedback, and coaching to enhance individual performance.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and participate in the selection process of the new team each year \u2013 conduct and lead interviews, manage communications with the applicants.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the seamless onboarding of new employees, including defining trial periods and establishing performance goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and lead the training agenda for the program participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do we expect from you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Economics, Political science or a related field; a Master&#8217;s degree is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in project management and consulting.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience of stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the public sector and its processes would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Creativity and the drive to improve, learn, and achieve big results \u2013 in other words, a desire to challenge and change the status quo.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional problem-solving skills, and people management abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.<\/li>\n<li>PMP certificate would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in participating or coordinating projects of a similar nature would be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience in team management would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary from 2450 to 3450 Eur gross\/month.<\/li>\n<li>A clear bonus system \u2013 you\u2019ll receive a financial bonus twice a year for reaching or exceeding your goals.<\/li>\n<li>Longer holidays \u2013 up to 7 additional paid days off yearly.<\/li>\n<li>Private health insurance to help you take care of your physical and emotional well-being.<\/li>\n<li>A new, pet-friendly office in one of Vilnius&#8217;s most modern business centers.<\/li>\n<li>The possibility to flexibly combine work from home and at the office \u2013 we\u2019ll provide the necessary computer equipment and a financial bonus for setting up a home office.<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to travel for work and work while traveling \u2013 for as many as 3 months a year you&#8217;ll be able to work from any city, country, or time zone.<\/li>\n<li>Team workcations \u2013 every year you&#8217;ll be able to go somewhere nice in Lithuania to work, learn, and have fun with your team.<\/li>\n<li>Snacks at the office, fun extracurriculars with colleagues, and other cool things.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":6225,"parent":0,"menu_order":127,"template":"","class_list":["post-14061","job","type-job","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job_category-kurk-lietuvai-skyrius"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Program Coordinator | Create Lithuania (Maternity Cover) | Investuok Lietuvoje<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/investlithuania.com\/lt\/darbo-skelbimai\/create-lithuania-program-coordinator\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"lt_LT\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Program Coordinator | Create Lithuania (Maternity Cover) | Investuok Lietuvoje\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"At Invest Lithuania, you&#8217;ll be co-creating the country&#8217;s future.
